The published prices do not include any travel, accommodation or living expenses which the participants may incur in attending unless specifically mentioned on the training booking agreement.
All pricing quotations are valid from the date they are first sent to the participant.
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” reserves the right to make necessary pricing adjustments due to tax increases, governmental actions or other events beyond Project Metrics Solutions’ control.

The course fees are payable two working-business days before course start date.
Payments can be made by major credit and debit cards.
Where the relevant invoice has not been paid by course start date, then, we have the right to refuse the participant(s) entry to the course.
In these circumstances, the invoice in question will remain payable in full. We reserve the right to withhold certificates until all payments have been made. Administration fee for cancellations are payable immediately upon invoice. The Terms of this agreement override over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Participant.
Once a payment has been made, may it be a deposit or full payment, over the phone or on the website by the following methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, the participant is agreeing to abide to Project Metrics Solutions terms and conditions. In addition, if payment has also been received via bank transfer or cheque the participant is agreeing to abide to Project Metrics Solutions terms and conditions.
Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order
If a purchase requisition/purchase order is provided; there is no need for any other confirmation. The purchase order constitutes as a legal offer to buy products or services. The purchase requisition/purchase order is deemed as a confirmation of an order and is bound by the cancellation & re-scheduling policy set out in this document.
Cancellation for website orders
All orders placed through the company’s websites are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Cancellations non website orders
Unless written cancellation is received at least 7 working days before the start date of the course, the fees including tax are payable in full and non-refundable.
All cancellations made between 0-7 working days to the course start date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee payable immediately upon cancellation.

Should a course booking be made less than7 working days in advance of the start date of the course, the above cancellation terms still apply and fees are payable in full and non-refundable.
If the cancellation is more than 7 working days in advance of the course a charge of C$599 + tax per participant will be payable upon cancellation.

Rescheduling courses less than 7 working days of the course start date is not permitted and therefore will incur a 100% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling courses more than 7 working days of the course start date will incur a C$499+tax charge.

In the case where a refund is made to the Customer by Project Metrics Solutions Inc., the refund may take up to 30 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made. All deposits and credit card charges are non‐refundable, upon payment of your deposit you are contracted to pay the confirmed course fee at the time of booking, and Project Metrics Solutions reserve the right to change prices at any time at their discretion. Upon payment of a deposit, the participant is adhering to Project Metrics Solutions terms and conditions. Refunds will be made in Canadian (C$) or (US$) for the exact amount originally received, less any cancellation or pre course fees that may be payable.
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to change any part of a published course; if this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. The contents of course timetables are intended for general guidance only. Any typographical error or omission in any sales literature, administrative documentation, course materials, invoice or other document shall be liable to correction without any liability on the part of Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.
The location and course date of the course will be advised upon booking.
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” reserves the right to change the location and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known.
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” will not be liable for out of pocket expenses due to cancellation or any other changes to venue or programme.
If for any reason (including but not limited to transit delays beyond the control of Project Metrics Solutions) courseware does not arrive on time for the course we will commit to replacing it at the earliest opportunity and make best endeavours to make temporary materials accessible as required to continue the learning program. Refunds will not be granted for transit related delays beyond the control of Project Metrics Solutions.
Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full.
The Participant accepts that it is their responsibility that the course booked is suitable for the requirements and abilities of the Participants attending.
All public and onsite training courses are delivered only in English, and all Participants must be sufficiently proficient in the English language before attending the course.
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” provides no guarantee or warranty to participants for their eligibility to sit for any examination. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet all of the requirements to sit the relevant examination and shall have no recourse over “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” if denied the right to take an examination by the examination institute.
Admission and Provision of Service
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any person whom it considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for whatsoever reason.
By agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions you agree that you have no relationship whatsoever with any individual or company that competes directly or indirectly with the business of Project Metrics Solutions, Inc., and its related companies.
Booking on behalf of the Participant
In all cases the Participant undertakes to bring these terms and conditions to the attention of Participants.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Participants receive all the relevant information including the joining instructions and that they meet the eligibility and published pre requisite requirements.
Onsite Training on Client Specified Site
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment and set up required for trainers to deliver the training. “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the course if, in the Trainer’s opinion, the venue, equipment or conditions are unsuitable.
Trainer expenses for private, onsite or closed courses will be charged as agreed at the time of the course booking, as stated on the Training Booking Agreement.
Additional charges will be incurred for shipping of pre-course work or certificates to locations outside Canada, and of USA. Please contact your learning advisor for further information.
All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without license or consent.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages.
The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. will not accept liability for death or personal injury.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any computer viruses arising from software installed on customer computer systems.

Personal belonging or items belonging to the participant on the participant’s possessions brought onto training courses are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. accepts no responsibility of the items or any loss or damage that may occur during the course.
For 12 months following either the invoice date or the date of course delivery, of any contract carried out for the Customer by “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” or an associate company of “Project Metrics Solutions Inc., the Customer, will not directly nor indirectly employ or solicit for employment any employee of “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” If the Customer breaches this clause, “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” shall be entitled to recover from the Customer a fee of 50% of the gross annual salary of the employee of “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” solicited for employment.
“Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” may assign its interests in all or part of this agreement. The customer may not assign or transfer this contract without the express written permission of a Director of “Project Metrics Solutions, Inc.” .
No deviation from these terms and conditions will be allowed without the express written permission of a Director of “Project Metrics Solutions,Inc.”
No communication either verbal or printed on our websites will override these Terms and Conditions. If in any case any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply, the contract and the other conditions shall remain in force and effect.
Project Metrics Solutions, Inc. shall not be in breach of this contract if the provision of services are delayed or cancelled or reduce through any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including acts of God (including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, snow, hurricane or other natural disaster) sickness, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. Participants must ensure that they can attend the training courses which they are scheduled to attend. Project Metrics Solutions, Incwill not be held liable, financially or actually, for their non-attendance, whatsoever the reason may be.
